Where Brazilian consumer protection law (Lei nº 8.078/1990 — the Código de Defesa do Consumidor) applies, those statutory rights are not affected by these Terms, and this clause operates to the fullest extent permitted within that framework.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) calendar days before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
